General Terms and Conditions
All products displayed on this website (as periodically updated) are available for local delivery only.
All products are subject to availability, and in case of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to replace a product with one of similar value and quality after prior notification.
Some products on the site may not be available for same-day delivery unless otherwise specified.

Prices
Prices displayed on the website are valid for a maximum of 14 days from the date of the order, but are subject to change during peak periods or seasonal availability.
Gift and product prices include delivery fees.
Orders and Payment
During the order process, you will be asked to provide your complete personal details, including your physical address, recipient’s address details, and any other data related to the payment method. Any order with fake data or incorrect email addresses will be canceled.
We accept payment via (Golden Card, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal) or cash on delivery for those who order and receive the gift themselves.
By clicking the “Confirm and Pay” button at the end of the order process, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth here and elsewhere on the website.
Order acceptance is subject to our confirmation. We will send an email confirmation including your order details, and we will confirm your order through the email address you provided. We have no obligation until this confirmation is sent via email.
Order Modification
To modify your order, please contact us through your dedicated account, where you can change the delivery address, attached message text, and delivery date. These modifications must be made at least two business days before the scheduled delivery date.
Please inform us as soon as possible, as we will not be able to apply modifications if the gift has already been prepared and dispatched.
Order Cancellation
The full order value will be refunded if canceled at least three business days before the scheduled delivery date.
If the cancellation is requested within 48 hours of the delivery date, an administrative fee of 50 DZD will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
If the order is canceled on the same day of delivery, no refund will be provided.
Special Orders
You can use the notes to specify special requests and provide additional information about your order (such as preferred delivery time, extra address details, additional phone number, or instructions not to notify the recipient of the sender’s name).
We cannot guarantee acceptance of all special requests, and if a special request cannot be fulfilled, you are not entitled to request a refund for the order.
Our floral arrangements are of high quality and unique, handmade by skilled artisans. You will not find two identical bouquets with us, as we strive to deliver your order as closely as possible to the image and description of the product on the website.
The images used to display our complementary products are for illustrative purposes and do not represent any specific brand. We send the products through our partners in each city, depending on seasonal availability.

Products sold only contain the items described in the product description, as some images may include additional decorative items used by our photographers.
The images represent various sizes of flower bouquets, and there may be slight variations in the shape and appearance of the bouquet. Please review the replacement policy listed below.
Product Replacement Policy
From time to time, certain flowers may be unavailable from our local partners, in which case some flower types may be substituted with similar or higher-quality ones. The customer will be notified if the main flower type in the bouquet is replaced. If we do not receive a response from the customer after an initial attempt to contact them via phone, SMS, or email, we will proceed with the delivery using similar or higher-value flowers.
If certain complementary products are unavailable, the order will be sent without those products, and the value of the missing item will be refunded to the customer upon request or a voucher of higher value may be provided.
Color Replacement Policy
Our florist may modify the requested flower colors in the bouquet, but will maintain the general color scheme as shown on the website.
However, we do not guarantee exact color matching, for example, you might receive a bouquet with slightly lighter or darker pink flowers than shown in the image.
If the color change is more significant, we will attempt to contact the customer. If we cannot reach them, we will proceed with the delivery to avoid any delays, substituting with similar flowers.
Delivery
General Terms and Conditions
This service depends on the timing and date of delivery and the city where you want your order to be delivered. Your order will be delivered by our partners in each city.
For deliveries to specific locations that require third-party involvement (such as companies, hospitals, weddings, or any other workplace), we will accept a signature from any authorized person on behalf of the recipient.
Please note that Marsoul is only responsible for facilitating delivery to the address you specify. We are not responsible if the recipient is not at the provided address or refuses to accept the delivery.
If there are difficulties in delivering your order to the intended recipient, we reserve the right to contact the recipient using the contact details provided at the time of placing the order.

Delivery Costs
The service price does not include the delivery cost, which will be added during checkout and reflected in the final price. Delivery costs vary depending on the destination.
Delivery Time
You can choose a specific delivery time from the available options on the website.
Marsoul will contact the customer to confirm the time and location for delivery to ensure the recipient receives the gift, regardless of the initially specified time and address.
We may not guarantee delivery to some special or military facilities, but most deliveries can be made successfully.
Return and Complaints Policy
Quality Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the delivered order, you may request a refund by submitting a complaint on the same day for flower products, or within two business days for other gifts, from the date of receipt. The complaint must be submitted via the customer complaints email and include your contact details.
If there are other complaints, such as non-delivery or receiving an incomplete order, please submit your complaint within two business days, including your order number. Complaints submitted after this period will not be addressed.
Delayed Delivery
If we are unable to deliver the order at the scheduled time due to any internal reason, the sender and recipient will be notified, and an alternative delivery time will be arranged. If delivery is not possible, we will refund the order value.
If the delay is caused by circumstances outside our control (such as the recipient not being home), we are not obligated to refund the order, but we will attempt to contact the recipient to arrange another delivery time within 12 hours.
If we fail to deliver any bouquet more than a day after the scheduled date, we will refund the full order value if the recipient refuses to accept it.
If we are unable to deliver for reasons beyond our control, we are not obligated to refund the order.
Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information
If incorrect delivery information is provided, we will be unable to deliver the order. If the delivery agent notifies us that the address is incorrect, we will try to contact the customer to confirm or request additional information.
Any changes to delivery details must be made at least two business days before the scheduled delivery date. Marsoul is not responsible for any delivery failure caused by incorrect or incomplete data provided by the customer, and no refund will be issued in such cases.
Rejected Orders
If the recipient refuses to accept the order for any reason, the customer will not be refunded.
Undelivered Orders
If the recipient fails to accept the gift, the order will be returned to our partners. We will then wait for 12 hours to find another recipient in the same city and deliver it. Marsoul is not responsible for any damage to the gift or bouquet during the waiting period, which may affect product quality.
If the order is not accepted for the second time, an additional delivery fee will be charged, and if no response is received within 24 hours, the order will be canceled, and the customer will not receive a refund.
Gift Returns
Gifts sold by Marsoul cannot be returned. If a product is received damaged (excluding flowers…), it will be processed according to the relevant policies.
Duplicate Orders
Please notify us if you place the same order more than once. We will refund the duplicate order unless our partner has already sent it. If you do not inform us at the time of the duplicate order, you will not be able to recover the value of the duplicated order.
Delivery Policy for Specific Dates
On days with high demand (such as holidays and international days), some of the previously mentioned policies may need to be adjusted.
Order Modification or Cancellation
You can modify or cancel your order within two business days before the scheduled delivery date by submitting a written request via the communication screen on the website or app, or by sending an email to customer service at contact@elmrsool.me.
Orders cannot be canceled on the requested delivery date or after that. However, cancellations can be made before that via a written request through the communication screen on the website or app or by sending an email to customer service.
Delivery Timing
You can choose the delivery time when placing your order on the website.
In some cases, we may not be able to deliver your order at the exact requested time. We will select the next closest available time after coordinating with the recipient.
